1. What are cookies?
"Cookies" are small files a website asks your browser to store on your device. The same rules under the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR also cover anything similar (localStorage, pixels, fingerprinting and so on), so we use the word "cookies" here loosely to mean any of those.
Cookies can be strictly necessary (the site can't work without them, no consent needed) or optional (analytics, advertising, embedded content, we must ask first). On this site, the only optional category is content embedded from third parties, which we keep off until you turn it on.

What we don't use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No analytics or visitor-tracking cookies.
- No social-media share buttons that load before consent.
- No cross-site fingerprinting.
3. Third-party content the site loads
A few things load from other domains. We've picked these specifically because they don't track visitors:
- Google Fonts:we load two typefaces from
fonts.googleapis.com. Google does not set cookies for font requests, but does see your IP. If you would prefer we self-host the fonts, please let us know. - Behold (
feeds.behold.so): proxies our public Instagram feed as JSON. No cookies are set in your browser by Instagram or Behold. - Cloudflare Turnstile:anti-bot widget on the booking form. Privacy-first by design; no tracking cookies.
4. Changing your mind
You can review or change your choice at any time:

- You can also clear your browser's cookies and storage for this site, and we'll ask again on your next visit.
Withdrawing consent will not affect lawful processing carried out before you withdrew it.
